Head of Change for FE and Skills,
Sue has a strong background in education and skills having worked in the sector for over fifteen years. She has worked across charities, government agencies, local colleges, councils and LEPs. A majority of this activity focussed on skills and economic development, where the emphasis was on building a skills pipeline responsive to future needs of employers and ensuring all individuals have the necessary skills and support to move into sustainable employment. At Jisc, Sue is responsible for setting the organisation’s vision and developing new products and services for the FE and skills sector, including the development of Jisc’s pilot national learning analytics service for FE (the first of its kind anywhere in the world).
