Having spent 7 years working in the banking sector within the early careers recruitment and development space Charlotte joined BP at the start of 2011. Her first role was working for the Integrated Supply and Trading HR team to set up and manage an early careers strategy across the global business. After various roles across the HR space in 2017 she accepted a role to manage our Government apprenticeship levy on behalf of BP, working across all the businesses in the UK to gain value from this initiative. In addition to apprenticeships, the non-technical development offers for our early career’s population sits within Charlottes remit.requested.
